Worst movers I have ever experienced. Contacted from Robert Michalski, promised to be in touch with us every step of the way....lol. Never heard from again after first payment was made. Left to deal with people from Colorado, New York, North Carolina. Not even a confirmation call.... Movers arrived 7 hrs late in rented moveing truck, tried and tried to add additional packing costs for boxes, 250 to put flat screens in a cardboard box, gas money @ 500 additional price-clearly stated in contract as part of service. I decided to pack my flat screens in car, for fear of damage. Only 2 guys showed with one guy doing ALL work. Would of been moveing in the dark had we not Joined right in and moved our things into truck as well. This took 6 hrs, and then they decided our stuff was not all going to fit, what did we want to leave behind 3 states away? Seriously? Well we left many things- horrible customer service. Treated rudely by dispatcher on phone, etc. We ended up weighing less than original quote and still had to pay more BEFORE they would bring belongings to new address. Rips on leather sofas, scratched dining room set, mud everywhere....bedroom furniture in pieces left to reassemble our selves. No answer on any phone calls, emails about damage. 4500.00 later stuff still left behind 3 states away no phone calls to fix this situation.......and sure would NEVER have them lay a hand on any of my belongings AGAIN-NIGHTMARE!
