How do you lose a box spring?

Orion contracted us out to Cloud Movers. Our items arrived damaged-glass Shelf was missing and side panel in antique display cabinet was shattered. We are completely missing the box spring to a double bed, a box labeled guest bedrooms with 12 sets of new double size bed linens is missing, a box containing 4 house phones is missing, the feet were knocked off another antique carved cabinet. We were told no other stuff could even fit in our load but the driver stopped in Texas, picked up another 1000 lbs and put it in with ours. Then, when they came to unload at our house the driver only hired 2 guys to help him unload. The 2 guys moved the other people's stuff out onto our front lawn, then started moving our stuff out. They piled most of it into our garage because "he had another pick-up at 5". They left after 6, never told us stuff was broken. Now we are stuck! Neither Orion nor Cloud will help us. We will never recommend them to anybody!
