Orion Van lines relocated our family from a 3,800 square foot home in Austin into a 4,000 plus square foot home in Santa Fe and provided a full service, white glove move for us. We have only moved once before so we were really on edge moving with 2 young children. We paid a premium for a guaranteed one date pick up window as opposed to their standard 2 day window. Early in the morning a 4 man moving crew arrived to pack and load all the contents of our home and they worked and worked from morning until late at night to have everything on the truck. Their service was exceptional, their communication was just as good and we were always able to reach someone in the office. The dispatcher contacted us the next morning with the balance and we owed a little less, they were the best choice we could have made. Delivery was perfect as well, same crew minus one of the guys, very good choice.
