Over all we were very happy with the service provided by Orion van lines and their people. The final price was as quoted and the movers did a very nice job with our belongings. The only reason I gave a good rating was because upon arrival in Miami it turns out the elevator in our building was out if service and the movers had to carry our belongings by stair to the 3rd floor. Orion charged a fee for this which I thought should have been included in the overall moving estimate. But all things considered I guess it was reasonable.
