Orion served as a broker and the deposit (which is their broker fee) and basically washed their hands of the customer. Local crew they hired on the origin, while they were pilot, were inexperienced. Damaged a headboard and then tried to say it was there before they loaded although no damage noted on the inventory. Tired to make contact with Orion to get help on post load issues and basically washed their hands of the entire move. Quick to take money and quick to fade into the sunset.
