I sent them a complete inventory including all sizes of boxes and items to be moved. After sending a deposit, the price changed 3 times! "Oh, I forgot to add this item" then it was "the computer didn't save my last change so here is your new price". Then when the movers arrived I found out that their "first flight of stairs is Free" means that after 7 steps you are charged $75 per "flight". The driver even admitted that he has never seen a house where you can get from the first floor to the second floor without going up more than 7 steps. Thats like saying the first set of car tires is free, but we consider 3 tires to be a set.
STAY AWAY FROM OCEAN. We ending up spending over 25% more than their original "guaranteed" quote. Their guarantee means nothing. Even though they had a complete list of every item, they still raised the price - !
