Smooth Moves is just that. A smooth move (at a decent price). They are kind of like drinking a White Russian on a warm spring morning right before you take a dip in a pool that is as still as glass. Nice and easy. I highly recommend using these guys. Not only are they quick, smooth, and cheap, but when they are done moving you, buy them a couple beers and have a drink with them, because they are a hell of allot of fun after the business is over!
