I'll happily add mine to the list of glowing reviews... This is my second time using ORI VAN LINES, and this experience was even better than the first.
I moved literally *a block* from my old apartment to a much smaller (but cozy!) one. I had A LOTTA STUFF! From the very start, they had the foresight to let me know that my location would be tough because it goes right along the Muni line. They suggested that I secure some spaces by getting a permit, providing me with the number to call and what to ask for.
This was excellent advice, but it was the parking permit guy that let me down .The space they secured for me was still too narrow for Muni to pass, and Fernando and his assistant had to move the truck, not once, but twice, finally having to take the risk of double parking. It was a nightmare for everyone, but they dealt with it with a clear amount of experience and calm. I was the only one flipping out...
It was a very long day, but they used a lot of intelligence and experience in their actions. They were very conscientious of my belongings, warned me about pitfalls before they happened, and consistently asked where things should go instead of just plunking them down.
Nice guys too. I would use them again.
