ORI van lines exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Aside from the efficient and careful move of treasured family items, they were incredibly accommodating, accepting my change of plans - not once, but twice. Isaac went above and beyond the call of duty, graciously dealing with my (crazy) mother, and then moving heavy items in my apartment until I was completely satisfied with their placement. When he left, I could have hugged him! What was a dreaded experience turned out to be surprisingly pleasant. If only I had more furniture to move..." Overall Score:10/10
