The guys at ORI VAN LINES were simply Amazing!!!
First of all, they were so enthusiastic about the whole moving experience. From our first contact with them they were completely professional, polite and helpful. Even excited about our move!
We bonded over books while they literally ran up and down a flight of icy steps to load our stuff into the truck. It turned out that one of them had done the same MA program as us. It was awesome to hear the guys chatting about philosophy as they hoisted our sofa easily above their heads. They even joked that moving heavy stuff was like getting paid to work out. They were amazingly good-natured and upbeat. And strong, they dealt with even the heaviest of our furniture effortlessly.
And even though they can't take the moving truck on Lake Shore Drive (no trucks allowed) they planned the fastest route through the city and hustled the entire time to make sure that we weren't charged for a single extra minute. They announced the time when they started and again when they finished.
Their prices are fair and affordable. They made us feel relaxed about moving--which normally can be stressful. Another thing, they complimented us on our organized packing saying this made their job easier. I would recommend everyone to pack up well before they arrive if you want to make your move quick and easy.
If you're moving, you would be crazy to hire anyone else. ORI VAN LINRS is the greatest--I'm almost a little sad that I won't have to move anymore for a few years just so I won't be able to hire them, well almost.
