I have purchased the service from Oscar moving company because they provided the cheapest quote.
The trouble 1:
They did not sent the vehicle for a pick up as planned. When call the customer service I heard a new story every time. They will tell us that they will update me on the status of the pickup.But not even once they kept their word.After giving a big fight they turned out 3 days later and the company arrived to pick up my items are Chad moving where as my contract was with Oscar moving.
Trouble 2.
Once they loaded the items the final cost was double the quote even after the items loaded were less than what was mentioned in the quote. When I called the customer service or Oscar moving the sales guy tells me that the computer calculations will be diiferent than the actuals and litterally told me to pay the final amount or go to hell.
By that time they have loaded my items to the truck except the TV.
I argued with them onthe double cost for 1 hr. They threatened me in many ways and finally agreed on to 75% additional cost. I have no choice as My contract with the house ends that day. They would have come to me on time. I would have other options.
The items are yet to arrive after 8 days .
I do not recommend Oscarmoving or Chad as they are not reliable.
On the other hand my niegbour made the move hazel free for half the price I have payed. They have litterally looted me. Be carefull Guys.
