There was so much damage to our personal property the claims list was 2 pages long, including broken computer monitor, damaged HD flatscreen, shattered antiques, several chairs with legs broken off, cracked desk and bookcases. Total carelessness. Oz sent us a "generous" settlement check for $300. They claim they offered us more substantial insurance, but NO ONE at ANYTIME discussed additional insurance options. This company, by the way, was recommended by HelloMoved.com, so I wouldn't use them either if they are in business with companies like Oz.
