Do not TRUST Progressive Relocation System

Here is the summary of my experience with Progressive Relocation System regarding Job 651890. These people are crook (Jason, Kevin, Daniel King and Clifford)

>> - Get in touch with Jason in regard to my move from FL to DAL (Irving, TX) and he showed me DOT, BBB website reviews to convince me that they are a standup company.
>> - Next I asked him, are you direct company (Progressive Relocation
>> System) or any moving broker and his response was that they had their
>> own workers and trucks and that would be who would be picking me up.
>> (Completely FALSE)
>> - I asked him how many days Progressive will take from FL to TX and
>> answer was (5 DAYS - Completely FALSE)
>> - I told him that I have one bedroom apartment and he gave me quote of 1293 for 294cf.
>> - I paid $387 to reserve the quote and after that tried to reach Jason to follow up on my case but did not get any answer.
>> - June 28 pickup guy (Josh - never seen such a rude guy in my life) came to my home at 1:30PM whereas he was supposed to pick up the stuff between 8am to 10am.
>> - Next he started working on numbers and gave me price of $1912 as I am having additional stuff but I told him that Jason gave me fix quote of $1293 for one bedroom apartment and he said sales guy just do like that and I'm the pick guy who calculates actual numbers.
>> - And as my apartment is at 2nd floor so there will be additional
>> charges of $75 and another $75 on delivery as that apartment is also
>> on 2nd floor. (Whereas I told Jason upfront that both of my
>> apartments are on 2nd floor)
>> - Pickup guy Josh forces me to give him $75 for labor and when I was
>> about to issue the cheque he insisted me to give him on his name (Why
>> should I?)
>> - Josh overwrites 4-5 times the order of service documents just to make up the numbers ($1912) and I requested him not to overwrite the order of service documents as my employer is not going to raise questions and might call Progressive Relocation system for verification.
>> - He mentioned 1st delivery date of Jul 3 on order of service
>> (Completely FALSE)
>> - Today, I called at 855-575-6683 to know the status of my shipment and got a shocking reply that my stuff is still in Florida. She told me that progressive need 21 days to deliver my stuff.

>> FYI - After going through such a horrible experience I would have opted for different carrier instead of Progressive Relocation System but could not as next day (Jun 29th) had to catch a flight for Dallas with my family.

>> FYI - My employer give me hotel stay of max 10 days in regard to relocation to TX and as I was under the impression that my stuff will reach here by this time will move into apartment. Now as I do not think my stuff will reach here any time sooner so left with no option other that continue my stay in hotel at my OWN Expense.
