SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!!!! Should be in JAIL

Contract I signed with them said they accept credit cards. Halfway through the move they said they only take cash . Wouldn't refund my $150 deposit. Job # is R676895. Jason the sales rep emailed me a contract to move my furniture. The contract says "Customer may pay for the entire by credit card(Visa or MasterCard only), with a 3% convenience fee. I electronically signed the contract and emailed a check for $150 for the deposit. On Sunday 3/30/14, the movers came and started to load my furniture in their truck. One hour approx into the move one the movers named Josh said they only would accept cash or check. I told them that the contract says I can pay for the move in credit card. He called his supervisor and the supervisor called me and said they wouldn't accept my credit card. One of the people that does the accounting for the company I spoke to said to call my bank to ask them for a higher atm withdrawal limit. I told everybody at that time that I could only pay be credit card and to cancel the job. Mellissa told me that the next day she will mail be back a check for my full deposit. I spoke again to the supervisor/sales manager and he said he would not refund my deposit and if I called him again he would take IT PHYSICAL WITH ME. The movers unloaded the truck and left everything back in my home in disarray, not the way it was before they got here. They left the bed disassembled, and pieces scattered of my lamps scattered everywhere after Josh, one of the movers said they would reassemble my bed. I called the coconut creek police. They came out and I told them everything that happened. They called the supervisor/sales manager and he told the police that he would not give back my deposit not reassemble my bed. The police was on my side as I showed them the contract Cleary stating that they accept credit cards and they didn't honor the contract. I then called the main office and spoke to Kevin and he was very rude to me and said he would not give me back my deposit. I called Melissa today 3/30/14 and left 3 messages for her to call me. She never called me back and Kevin said that he would not refund my deposit.
