Personal Touch is a broker, or front company for Metro Van Lines, which has an F rating with the BBB. Best of Times Movers is another moving 'broker'. All involved in the scam together. Just google Metro Van Lines, and see the HUNDREDS of identical complaints. There is a class action lawsuit being put together. Do NOT use this company!!!!!!!!!
