I just wanted to take the time to write you a BIG THANK YOU for making my move so smooth.During the weeks leading up to my move, even before I had chosen Platinum Van lines, you were always there and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I thought your process of quoting based on a list of items was very efficient and effective.I chose Cardinal partly because the bid was competitive, but mostly because of your superior customer service skills and pro activeness. The delivery was even better, ahead of schedule. I was surprised how quickly my things arrived. James and his partner moved everything in my house perfectly and were so nice and friendly. I really was so pleased with the whole process, you guys are the best.
