It was my second time moving, last year I used a different company and they charged me 3 time more than what platinum did, I found them nice, friendly and hardworking, it was easy to book them, called the number on their website and booked the job, on time and did the whole moving within 6 hours, packed and unpacked all my stuff as well, They brought a large truck and 3 movers, I thought of leaving this comment after receiving this excellent service from this company so no complain from my side.
