This is update on my previous review of the company.
They delivered my items after 30 days and only after numerous calls and complaints to customer service, BBB, consumer protection, and department of transportation. My items arrived severely damaged and one of the suitcase was open and most of expensive items in it were stolen. They lied about late delivery fee and for the stolen/damaged times I have to file a complaint just to receive 60 cents/pound, very ridiculous. Please do yourself a huge favor and avoid these thieves.
