This is the most disreputable company I have ever encountered! They lie about their BBB rating...they are an 'F'. I have moved three times by 3 different movers and have never experienced damage and destruction like the likes of Precision. They also 'doubled' the cost and would NOT let me see or inventory the truck without paying them first! I charged the move and the credit company credited my acct and is dealing with them on the dispute! DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH! THEY ARE THIEVES!!!
EVERYTHING was damaged!!! They packed metal outdoor furniture on top of cherry wood furniture, an antique table that I have had for 41 years was delivered in 6 broken pieces, they arrived with NO furniture blankets so they went out and bought and used plastic wrapped for my furniture charging me $250 for materials. They broke nearly every plastic storage box that I have used in the 3 previous moves and had to tape them together then charged me for it! I was told it was a 'direct' move but they lied and "threw" my things off the truck in a warehouse in the Bronx and used their illegals with NO experience in packing or moving to repack another truck with my things. I am also missing many things. I filmed the whole thing, the truck, the license plate, the movers, the damage, EVERYTHING! Filing a claim just doesn't cut it when your lifetime of belongings are destroyed or stolen. EVERYTHING piece of wooden furniture was gouged, scratched or completely broken. I heavily bubble wrapped and packed breakables but they could NOT withstand being thrown off a truck by these morons. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Atty General's Office of NY. They should have their doors closed to save others from this pain!
