The pickup guys kept saying they were 10 mins away. Arrived 6 hrs later. Half my workday was wasted over this and I ended up waiting 3 hrs outside my storage unit in the car.
Since they came late, they packed late and were not able to get out of the storage facility since it was 9PM already and I had to make the call to the storage guys 24hr line to get out - wasted another 2 hrs trying to get a hold of these guys.
They promised crates for all items. Including my TV, there were no crates that fit at all (crate couldn't fit even 28" monitors I had).
The delivery guys didn't call when they arrived. They just showed up at my door. They were completely unrelated. This is not a moving company. They are brokers posing as a carrier.
The delivery guys outright lied that the apartment was over the 75 ft carry distance. I just wanted my stuff. So, I was forced to pay and get rid of them. They were really annoyed when I told them where I wanted the things to be put. They were stuff on top of each other whenever I looked the other way. I had to force them to do their job. I had a drawer I saw was broken and when I asked them, they outright told me it wasn't worth much. Ridiculous behaviour. They wanted to leave in a hurry and I was coerced in to signing the release form. Five minutes later I saw that my soundbar was missing. I emailed their customer service (Boni) after I was put on hold for so much time. I never got a reply. I guess there are people that had worse things happen. At least I didn't have any bed bugs come over to my stuff - this was my biggest worry. Would never employ them again.
