The day after my move, my co-workers asked ""How'd it go?"" i said ""Great, I found a really good moving company: Precision"". One of my co-workers said ""I've used them! Did you have the guy with dreads?"" I said ""Yes, N'Gadi! And an eastern european man Bela"". She said ""I had him too! And a a guy with a lot of ...."" I said ""Tatoos! Johnny!""
We both agreed that this moving team was very quick, very efficient, and extremely personable! I moved from the second floor of a triple decker in Southie...and they ran up and down those stairs like lightening and had moving big furniture through very narrow doors. around corners and down steep stairs down to a science. I was moving into a single family house but had to put all my stuff into 2 rooms, the basement and the garage. I labeled almost everything and nothing ended up in the wrong place and nothing broke...which is pretty amazing. Even the way they stacked up my belongings was so incredibly neat..
The estimate was exactly right. I had used Gentle Giant when I moved from the Fenway to South Boston, and although they were good too, they were quite a bit more expensive.
I was psyched that I didn't have to go stand in lines at city hall to get the street occupancy permit...they arranged it. When I paniced because the signs weren't in front of my house, they had them moved the same day.
All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better move. I highly recommend.
