I was told by this company that my stuff would be delivered on June 18th....that day came and went. Now, they said that I won't get my stuff until July 7th at the earliest. When I originally hired this company, I was told that my stuff would be delivered by the 18th, had they said that that wasn't possible, I would have gone elsewhere because I had a deadline. They picked up all of my belongings and have been keeping them hostage in a warehouse and say that they legally have until July 7th to deliver my items even though I was told the delivery date would be the 18th of June. The customer service is horrendous....they are so rude and unethical. They continually lie to me and they don't follow up with inquiries. At least the sales representative that I originally spoke to admitted that he was told by his bosses that my stuff would arrive the 19th of June. In order to get my stuff back, I have to pay for them to release it and I am still out of the $500 i already paid and will have to spend money and time to hire a new company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
