I had to move from Oregon from Gerogia in a short notice. I didn't do much research on Precision and booked with Precision Moving and Mini Storage through Sean. Only time i ever received call from Preceision was from Sean for followup on booking and getting my credit card for 600$ advance payment. After that they never cared about calling or updating. It was only me who had to call and keep getting the status. Didn't realize at that time that good movers do not get advance. My things were picked up on the same day. The movers who came increased the my quote from $2400 to $3000 and demanded 50% as cash, again which i was not informed. I didn't have much option since i had my flight to catch the same night, so i had to go to go nearby bank and get $900 cash and pay them. So Precision already had got more money needed on the first day itself. And the moving guys demanded 20% as TIP after they had loaded the things. Negotiated with them and paid $100 as they were not ready to move till i gave it to them. Looks like my things were picked up and stored in the same city itself. It was stored there for 10 days. Later after i had moved to Oregon and when i contacted they told me that since they didn't have any address they stored it GA itself, which no one had informed me before. After repeat follow ups they moved my stuff from GA to New York. Then from New York to Portland which took exactly 2 months. I had even experience where they started telling me that i was calling too often and will inform me if they have updates. I never received a call from dispatch not even once in my whole two month followup. Based on reviews here i thought i would not receive my things properly. And my final bill was 2500$ close to the original quote of $2400.Fortunatly i had my things delivered properly, there was slight damage to my glass items not a big deal. And my final bill was 2500$ close to the original quote. Delivering truck driver Ricardo from BME Transport(sub contracting with Precision) was good and helpful. He didn't expect tip and also found one missing Picture box and send it to me on the same day.
