I had a standard 3 bedroom condo. I packed everything myself except for wrapping my furniture. Nick in sales quoted me a price. He stated they were family owned. HA HA! Their family name is SCAMU!
The movers were a day late and were at my condo for 13 hours. After my items were packed on the truck, the driver Ernest said well Lynn you were over the cf that was quoted to you. I tried to contact Nick about the price. Nick couldn't talk, he was out to dinner. The dispatch called the driver Ernest and told him to tell me sorry! I tried to call dispatch, they wouldn't talk to me. The price had DOUBLED!
My furniture was already on the truck so they had collateral.
LONG story short, these people are all in this scam together. The driver told me he makes 50% of every move.
There is SO much more to this story but believe me, PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. The home office is in N.Y.
