This is company is unethical and dishonest. Do not even consider using them! Their estimate was for $ 1,300 after they loaded they told me it came to $ 3,400. I added maybe $ 300 worth of things. I was still under the weight and they told me the estimate was based on weight therefor there should not have been any additional cost. Oncle loaded I had no choice but to pay them or I would not get my things. I called for over a week while waiting for my things and got no response. Finally I spoke to Shaomi ( I think that's his name I could hardly understand him).
He was rude and told me he wasn't going to deliver my things and to come pick it up in Vermont. I was already in Kentucky and waiting for my things. I had no choice but to pay. This is a serious bait and switch tactic. They have no regard for honest business and are totally unethical. My things came . They reloaded everything in another truck and crushed boxes, damaged expensive custom furniture, many items were broken including numerous pieces of good china. It was as if they did trhis on purpose. I am filing a compliant with the State Att Generals office. Please feel free to contact me if you have had similar problems.
