We were quoted $950 becuase we were under weight. When the movers came, they said that because we were under weight, they would switch to a volume charge! When they did not disassemble many things, as stated in the contract, the volume charge was going to be $2200!! We could not at that point send them away, because we had a flight the next day. Things were damaged, broken and one box was lost. They have not compenstated me in any way and it has been two months.
