This moving company came highly recommended by friends and strangers. Their reivews online were all terrific. I called, and their Relocation Specialist came immediately, went over everything, took careful notes, asked a million questions about what was included as I was leaving half the furniture. He called the next day with the price, which never changed from the first time he sent me the contract to the day the movers left Minneapolis.
On the day we had agreed on, November 14th, the movers arrived exactly at 9:00am.Three men worked efficiently and neatly packing some things for me and wrapping everything.
I was amazed at how quietly and carefully they worked. I had moved before and never had seen things wrapped so carefully. Off they went.
A few days before the two week date we had agreed on, I was texted by Mr. Grabowski to expect a call from the driver, but he also sent me his name and cell number so I could call him. They gave me the estimated time of arrival, at noon. They called me to confirm a few times. It was snowing and bitter cold in Minneapolis, yet the movers showed up exactly on time. They were nice men who also worked efficiently, bringing in to a fourteenth floor absolutely every last piece I had sent. Nothing was bent broken or damaged in any way.
I ought to add that I paid in full at the beginning, imagine that! I recommend them highly!
