Theypicked up my luggage but once they did that the guys who came to pick up asked for lots of money without any receipt saying that if we dont do that they would charge ny luggage as more than that was there. They knew I had to move out soon and took the benefit of my situation. Once that was done they never delivered things till on almost the last day of the contract. Interim interactions with them on phone were nightmares making me worry what would happen to my luggage. Finally when they delivered, the most important box with brand new items and costlier items in it was not delivered. I am still struggling hard to get them find my box and deliver it. Never never never use their service to move your luggage. They are big cheats.
