DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I signed a contract through Direct Van Lines from Texas and thier "sister company" priority one moving showed up the day of the move in a gang-tagged white truck. My shipment arrived 2 weeks late. Multiple attempts to reach both companies were unsuccessful. Aft my stuff finally arrived, my bicycle was, and still is, missing (3 months later). The companies are still not answering any of my calls. I have filed with their "arbitration" company, CSI, as well as the BBB and they have not responded to either. This was a horrible experience and horrible company that should not be in business.
