Turn the truck away within 10 min. after they showed up. My husband and I gave Vicki a specific inventory list and what items we needed help on. Vicki confirmed that the list, the packing we needed, and that a company moving truck with the DOT#and MC#identified on it. We never got a call verifying the time frame the driver would be there. We had to call that should have been a sign that this was the start of a nightmare. My husband called the day of the scheduled move and the NO ONE PICKED UP the phone. We tried for 3 hours before getting an answer (they say it's their peak time). When the truck showed up it was was not a company truck and had taped paper DOT# and MC# and one person with a company shirt on...no other legitimate buisness identification on the truck or the person with the company shirt. We had all boxes sorted and stacked, because only specific items would need to be shipped. The guy looked around and within 1 min spit out a price doubled the quote. Excuse me I asked him how could that be he said he was here and he knows and that's the price. (the price also included $400 for packing...which was done by us already and had all additional packing materials here to save time.) I was told by Vicki that anything above the quote in additional items would be $.42/lb. How the heck if I stuck to my list would the price jump double and nothing had been weighted? I know what my stuff weights so how. An someones eyes weight 1500lbs more if you gave a detailed list? Oh do you think I could get the OFFICE staff to answer a phone during this time. NO!!! Heck they said he tried but don't think he did, he came back to talk but when I bucked his price saying that is impossible I stuck to that inventor list and nothing else is being added. The driver came in my personal space and tried to get me to agree to the terms. I told him to get in his truck and get off the property because I was calling 911. When I did get a hold of the company it a joke and have zero customer service respect.
