I have booked this company 3 weeks in advance and paid the deposit. The day before pick up they were suppose to call and let me know what time they will arrive for pick up. Instead they called to tell me the truck broke down and they will be there a day late, Tuesday instead of Monday, by noon. Tuesday came and at 10 am they call to say they have a flat tire. Four hours later they call back to say they got another tire but it's the wrong size. At 4 pm they call back to say they are 240 miles away and they will arrive at my place around 9 pm and they will also need more money when they get there. When my husband told them there will be NO MORE money, the driver responded "Man i got to do what I got to do and if you don't like it I can just cancel this entire thing".
After calling Allen the dispatcher and being yelled at, him telling me that "we cannot guarantee you ANYTHING" I have decided to cancel.
Now we have to rent a truck and move ourself. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
