I contacted ProAce Moving and Storage because they have been highly recommended by my real estate agent. I also did my own research because i wanted to make sure that my belongings were going to be treated properly during transit. After due diligence research, I noticed that they have an A+ status at the business bureau and been in business for 10 years. I also read other recommendations and they seem to be an honest company to work with. When i called proace, Dan answered and helped me through the process on choices I had regarding my move. He didn't push on using ProAce as my relocator, he actually offered different option on what was available. I could either choose Loading or unloading services. I can also only choose transport since this was a long distance move to Florida. I can also choose a full service move which includes all services, including packing. This is what I liked about them: CHOICES. I decided to use ProAce for my loading and unloading, because i wanted to do the driving. I felt it was a better option and more economical, which Dan recommended. I contacted other movers in the area and none of them offered me these choices. It was either ALL or nothing. I called Dan back and booked with him immediately. He had another team in Florida to help me unload my truck.Thank you for your help and will definitely refer you to others.
