I contacted Professional SelfMoving after I was scammed by Budget Van Lines (who showed up and tried to double my price.) I spoke with Kevin - who was the sales manager.
After explaining what happened and my fears, he was very understanding and walked me through the entire process of their service. After asking tons of customers I felt very comfortable and moved forward with them.
Trailer showed up on time. We were on a time crunch and had to be out of our apartment within 2 days. They showed up on time, I loaded my stuff and off the Keene, NH.
Trailer arrived a few days later but due to car problems we were a few days behind. That was no problem as Kevin arranged for the trailer to be held at the terminal and was delivered a couple of days later.
All my items were there and in great shape with no damage. I knew that it would be as I packed the trailer myself and knew it was in there tightly.
I cannot more than express my appreciation for the excellent service by Professional SelfMoving and their staff. When I move again, I will surely move with them.
