I am an extremely organized and particular person. I also spend a lot of time researching and getting several quotes before hiring any business. Within 15 minutes of meeting Jack from "Proud American Moving", I felt completely at ease. He answered every question, wrote down every detail, and explained the entire process. By the time the estimation was over, and without getting any other quote, I knew I was hiring Proud American. Our closings turned into a nightmare and Jack worked with us with the most patience and understanding. Never once was I made to feel pressured about timelines. He always reassured me that I had nothing to worry about with them, and never once did they ever mention money or additional fees. Jonathan and his crew were polite, funny, friendly and professional.
