The staff of Proud American really worked hard to keep me happy. After switching a few things around with my move (my fault-I'm a shopping addict and had to add some furniture!) it became clear that I could not move on my preferred day. My customer service rep did everything she could to organize so that my moving day would be comfortable. And the hard work paid off because everything worked out great
