I was told the delivery date is the 4, it may be 1-2 days late due to weather or traffics. I agreed also stated importance items such as books are needed for a college ,everything she owns is there, she has no family or friends due to new move, items were not delivered, I called and emailed company and no one would call me back. I had my daughter call from a different number and she immediately had a return call, once the company realize it was not a new customer they hung up on her. I finally got a hold of 2 people one person hung up on me and Julia ext 115 repeated my words you would like to speak to a manger especially since she has no clue where my child's stuff was, I said yes ma'am she transferred me to a answering machine that states the company is closed, why can't a company tell me where are stuff is? When the delivery guys came they called the dispatcher because I was not going to load her stuff in the truck because he was tried to say they have no idea when it would be delivered. They contacted the dispatcher and he said the truck was leaving in the morning, so of course I agree that they could take her stuff. What mother would allow her daughters stuff be loaded in a vehicle and not be delivered for another 30 days , a new city and school, she has no family or friends. I still don't know where her belongings are, on top of everything her father died of cancer and what little she has of him are probably in the truckers house. This should be an exciting time, a new city' and school the first to go off to college and make her dad proud and now she is crying hysterically because she is alone and no even a blanket or pillow to wrap herself in. No exaggeration don't fall for Kelly she seems so convincing once your money and your stuff is in their possession they will not answer your calls. I have no idea where her stuff is and they refuse to talk to me. If anyone has any information to help me I would appreciate it. Please help or pray for us. Spread the word this company is not legitimate.
