The woman on the phone was very informative, helpful and thorough when taking my itemized inventory list of what was being moved. That generated my price which I thought was fair. I then spoke to their customer service department a week before my move and made some last minute adjustments so there would be no surprises come the day of my move. The crew worked very hard and had my stuff packed and loaded within 3 hours and I got my delivery 2 days later. Cant really ask for much more than that.
