NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!

i read these "great" "5" reviews regarding this company, and I am shocked. This was the biggest nightmare to me. I dealt with liars, people who never called me back. My pickup was cancelled on the DAY it was supposed to be picked up. I had to call and call. I had a guaranteed date of pickup of Tuesday, November 20. I never heard anything--no confirmation--nothing from my contact person. I sent her an email and she said "I will check when I come in on Monday and find out what the schefule is for the week!!!" When I didn't hear anything on Monday, I called, mid-morning. She never returned my calls. I called and called. I finally talked to some sales guy. Said, "oh yes, you are on schedule to be picked up TODAY." i was not ready to be picked p on the 19th...one of the sales "supervisors" called me back, gave me a ration of crap and said I had a "window" of when my stuff would be picked up, and then he realized I actually had a GUARANTEED pickup date of November 20th. He was just worried about being squashed on the Internet. Guess what John...I"m just getting started...trust me. He said they would get back with me. I told him I had called and left a message for Alicia as did my attorney. She never returned my call. Funny, wheN HE called, she answered right away. Bottom line, they settled and told me they would be there to pack and pick me up on November 20th between 2-4. I called at 2:00 on Tuesday and was told they were "still on schedule," At 4:00 pm, I called and I called. No answer. I did not get ahold of anyone untl 5:20. THAT'S WHEN THEY INFORMED ME MY MOVE HAD BEEN CANCELLED. I would not be picked up until Friday, the day after Thanksgiving. I was supposed to be in San Antonio for Thanksgiving with family. (I lived in Houston--moving to DC). I was livid, QRS claims to be a A+ company. bull. They treated me horrible. They subcontracted my move to a C+ rated company who lost half of my shipment--NEVER returned any more of my calls. Alicia said she would call me back--she said that numerous times...she's a liar, just like all of them. Sean-the owner said he was going to work to give me a refund of my $870 deposit. I never heard another word back from him, This company was horrible. They did NOTHING to help me except give me to a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company...Oh...trust me...their review is next. This has been the worst nightmare. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
