They quoted me $2500 for an interstate move. I paid an initial deposit via credit card. They showed up 8 hours late for pick up with no notice. They only updated me when I called to notify them the movers had not arrived. They packed many small items (not fragile) individually in huge boxes. After everything was loaded on the truck they demanded a total of more than $6000 stating an increase in the cubic feet. By this time the office was closed and I could not reach Tommy either. The moving crew demanded cash in the amount of $500 stating that they needed to funds to secure a hotel room for the night as it was after 6:00 pm at this time. They told me that I could not pay the balance on a credit card and insisted on a personal check for the remainder of total. I called the office and Tommy the next morning and they would not take my calls. Once I had someone else call them from a different number, they answered. I am guessing they did not recognize the number. I got a different story from everyone that I spoke to regarding this issue. No one could tell me where my property was and when it would be received. Olivia and Randy cursed at us and were extremely rude. They told us their corporate office was in Hollywood, FL but when we sent a letter to that address it was forwarded to another address in Hackensack, NJ. When the truck with my furniture did arrive, only the driver came with it. I had to assist him in unloading everything. Now I am finding many of my items are missing. Run fast away from this company. Do not let them do your move. Masters of bait and switch tactics!!!!!!
