My wife and I were insulted,their manager in Nevada hung up on us, and were very rude, he even threatened to sue us.I was about to relocate for school from Texas to New York. I had to move with my 5month old baby and my wife so I called to get a quote from Lesley, and she was so convincing, I decided to try them. It was my first time moving my whole stuff. I was given a quote of 1200, but when they were loading the items, they were already talking about abut $ 3000. I therefore gave some of my heavy items to friends so they price could come down. I specifically asked how long it would take them to deliver, I was told one week. Therefore I asked them to pick it up a week before I left Texas. I flew with my family to New york and had to wait two good months, still had no call from them, so I called customer service and no one would let me talk to Lesley. Infact their so called manager in Nevada was hunging up on me that I bacame fraustrated. We had to stay in hotel because all our house hold items were with them and they kept telling me they have it in storage in Nevada untill they could get a truck who was coming to New York. I informed one of my school mates, who recommended that I contacted Business Bureau which I did. We were told because they have delayed they would reduce the price by $70. but when they realised we reported them to business Bureau, they decided not reduce it. I had my baby's food, bed, and toys all withem. to cut matters short, Eventually, they decided to deliver the items, I was in school but my wife and baby were at home. When they arrived they told my wife she would need to pay them arround $ 2000 cash before they would unload my items.This was after I had given them the dowm payment. They were very rude, their manager insulted us on the phone and hung up on us. Avoid this company if you could.
