I hires Regions for My move from FL to MI they sent out the estimator to provide me with a Flat guaranteed price. The estimator was very nice and explained everything so that we understand the process as this was the first time that I was moving Long distance. He calculated every item that was going and explained to me which items need to be packed correctly to assure that they arrive in one piece. I knew that there can be a difference in price if I should take more then what we agreed upon. When the crew arrived they were in a Regions Truck all wearing uniform. They took things apart and they wrapped everything with blankets they packed my fragile items with additional materials which cost a little more but it was necessary as I was going to do that on my own but did not have time. My price was guaranteed and stayed the same other than the packing materials which I was aware of. When the pick-up was done Danny the dispatcher called me every few days to give me an update for my delivery. Delivery was made and I was very pleased with everything. They definitely stick by what they say. Knowing that not always everything can be perfect but they definitely have great customer service and I was very pleased. I appreciate the hard working team thanks.
