My move from New York to Philadelphia was terrible thanks to this company. They were slow to pack the van (even though I helped them with the boxes), got a parking ticket on my street that they insisted I pay for even though I warned them not to double-park their van, took 4 hours to do a 1.5 hour drive and had McDonalds wrappers falling out of the van when they arrived, and refused to unload my belongings until I paid them an amount that was about double the original quote! The movers themselves were mostly nice, if a bit incompetent, but Mark, the apparent head of the company, is a bully, a liar, and obnoxious. I honestly couldn't believe what a terrible experience it was, and nobody attempted to apologize for their gross underestimate with the original quote, nor their absurd insistence that I pay for their NYC parking ticket. It was such a bad experience that I never want to use movers again.
