This is the customer service you expect to get from Reliable Spine. After I told them I have found a better and cheaper company (my aunt and grandma have used that company so great service was proven and it was $200 cheaper than Reliable Spine.) I receive this unwelcoming email from Reliable Spine. I am glad I did not spend any money with Reliable Spine.
"We are Happy you have arranged your move. From time to time when we see what we are seeing here with you, We offer a warning from those with Years of experience in moving in NY. The move you described to me oper the phone, no moving company will ever be able to do for less than what I gave you. Again, we are a very busy company your move will not break us, but the guy who is tricking you to think he is giving you a better deal, in the end when you get thoroughly ripped off, you will remember my words. I almost feel sorry for what you are about to experience. I see and hear about it all the time. Good Luck
