Roadway Moving Our experience with Roadway Moving exceeded all expectations. Starting with Sales (Michael)/ Customer Service (Chevron) and continuing with the pick up and delivery teams, our move went flawlessly. All personnel were pleasant, polite, and knowledgable. All information was explained clearly. There were NO surprises. The estimate was exactly what we paid. Roadway uses their own vehicles, so there were no worries as to who would be moving our goods. The care that they took with our belongings was amazing. Furniture was blanket wrapped with corner protection and then shrink wrapped. Every item was labeled with a number and a bar code making for easy tracking of all of our belongings. They even gave us 3 wardrobe boxes free of charge. Everything arrived in perfect condition within the promised time frame. We have recommended Roadway to several folks already. We had heard that long distance moving can be a nightmare...but our move was like a pleasant dream! Thank You Roadway!
