I came accross this company through a recomendation froma friend that also used them.... I moved from CA to Florida.... There was no issue with false information. I was not fooled to believe that my price is going to be pennies.... It was explained to me that you get what you pay for, and it was exactly as promised. I paid 55 cents per lb on my 2000 lb move.... included in the price was all the wrapping materials and fuel charge... the only additional cost was a crate for my TV... They sent out a visual estimator to give me the exact price, and it was exactly what i paid.... later, after my move was completed, i called another moving company to compare costs by listing all the items that i had, and their advertized price of 40 cents per lb, plus all the additional costs that i would have had to deal with, came out to $400 more than what Royal relocation charged me.... I was completely satisfied not only with the price, but also with the quality of the service... I was deliverred exactly within the 2 day delivery window that they had promised. Very well organized company...
