Not our first move. The sales rep was fantastic and we trusted him. We paid for full packing which was supposed to include bubble wrap and materials. Not until we unpacked did we realize the packers did NOT use Bubble wrap and basically threw our china into boxes along with heavy equipment like our DVD player. I don't need to tell you that it broke. I could go on, and on. It was like the packers had it out for us. My kids DVDs were scratched. My husbands suits were thrown in a box... along with the garden hose. Yes, you read this correctly. My girlfriend recommended this company. They had a wonderful experience. This just tells me that there really is no quality control, and yet this soley relies on the integrity of the individuals they send out to move each client! Please be careful when selecting this company! I would HIGHLY recommend Allied as this company successfully moved us long distance without any issues!
