First time using a moving company ..Long distance we did from Fayattevill,NC to Portland,OR. I came across SWIFT van lines online. Before we selected swift, we had plenty of bids as well as walk troughs from multiple other companies and lots of phone conversations w/ people that had terrible english. Swift was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. However, Bob, whom I worked with to set up the move and provided the onsite evaluation, was the most professional and thorough of all. He did a great job making sure everything was accounted for down to the last detail. He was easily reached and returned messages and emails promptly. I can not overstate what a great job he did. Move Day: The guys arrived on time, very nice hard workers packed all our fragile items, wrapped all our heavy furniture with pads and shrink wrap.. Had all the tools they needed and i thought the job was done flawlessly. Delivery about 2-3 weeks later: When they brought everything to our new home they staged all our furniture in each area of the house reassembled our beds back in each room! we had a great experience. I would gladly use them again, if we ever move and recommend Swift to anyone moving in the future!
