This is the first time and may be the last time using movers for my move. Most ridicules and hopeless people. Never trust these people. They promise many things but never delivers. They seems to be just agents, No customer service at all. Ask any one they all say I do not know I am responsible.
They picked up at the right time, but after that the issues started, no one answer the phone call nor replies your email. They took 40 days to deliver my good after so many complaints made with BBB.org etc.. At last when the goods came in they demand more money that too only in cash otherwise they do not want to deliver the goods. I even told them see I have some cash, I will go ATM bring some, but they refused to access and did delivered the good till I paid the extra $500.
They do not even know how to talk to people. Honesty zero, quality of service is pathetic. I lost trust in all movers because of this company. No one takes responsibility in their office.
I have told them that I have things missing they said we will check in the truck and never returned.
Very expensive, Damaged goods, Obsoletely not recommended.
