STI (Sasha) gave me inaccurate info about payment information via driver. Driver was outsouced from ELI. ELI charged me over $100 to run my credit card. I signed credit card statement for amount due, ELI charged an additional fee for over $100 that I was not informed of or agreed to. That's illegal as far as I'm concerned. Paid for insurance on about $10,000 worth of items but wouldn't you know, something was stolen from me. Driver has no record of the item going on. How can that be??? It went on. Sentimental item that cannot be replaced. STI never gave me credit for my $200 deposit. Emily at STI has been rude and unhelpful. Received many excuses why they can't find my moving records. Supposedly my cc info is still floating around with the driver. He hasn't returned to the office since my move in March. I was also told my folder was on the Managers desk but he was gone for Easter. No one has called me back. I will not use Sasha ever again. This was my 2nd unhappy moving experience, the first was All My Sons and STI assured me it would be different. It was until I discovered someone stole from me and learned that they owe me $300 back. If you can, use a POD and do it yourself. At least if something bad happens, you'll have yourself to blame. Arguing about the $300 is one thing, but stealing from people is out right wrong. That was a gift from my dad who recently passed on.
