They practically outsourced the move to Old Dominion. Pickup was a bit late, but I get more time in exchange. (SelfmovesUSA garanteed 6 hours, Old Dominion gave me 3 days eventually). Delivery was in time till the local OD center. Then started the problems. OD dispatchers wasn't able to schedule the delivery, they switched me within the company many times. They had some serious organizational problem. I contacted SelfmovesUSA after I got totally frustrated and wasted many hours on the phone. They straitened it out immediately and I got my delivery soon. Will consider SelfmovesUSA next time too.
